ICE CAMPAIGN-2011

According to Section 2.4 of «Tariffs on a range works concerning cargo handling in the ports of Ukraine», confirmed by the Order № 392 from 31.10.1995 of the Ministry of Transport of Ukraine, in view of absence of actual ice conditions in water area of the port of Odessa, an ice campaign is entered for term from February, 1st till February, 15th.
Please, be informed, that cargo owners are not being released from ice dues, irrespective of ice presence in the water area of the port of Odessa & Illichevsk. 

In case of presence of ice in port water areas, action, terms and duration of ice conditions in the port are entered by the Port Captain, not less than for 15 days.
